I’ve been wanting to wear this blouse since the day it arrived on my doorstep, but it’s been so freaking cold that I could stand wearing anything so thin. And then for some reason I woke up last Thursday and decided to be wild and crazy and just go for it, despite the thermometer reading 24 degrees. I got a lot of compliments on this outfit, between the chevron and the red shoes (which were also being worn for the first time) — always nice on a dreary work day.
Also, I use these pants as a cautionary tale: I got them from Banana years ago, and they are my holy grail pants. They’re the perfect weight, perfect length, perfect amount of stretch — all around pretty close to the perfect pant. And then Banana stopped making them. So please, for the love of fashion, if you find a pair of pants (more so than tops) that works for you in every way…stock up.
